Former Democratic lawmaker says Joe Biden behaved inappropriately with her

Image
A former Nevada lawmaker is accusing Joe Biden of acting in a very inappropriate manner with her in 2014, and she says he shouldn’t be allowed to treat women that way. Lucy Flores is a former member of the Nevada State Assembly and a Democrat. She published a detailed account of what happened when she encountered Biden during an event for her election campaign in 2014. I felt him get closer to me from behind. He leaned further in and inhaled my hair. I was mortified. I thought to myself, “I didn’t wash my hair today and the vice-president of the United States is smelling it. And also, what in the actual fuck? Why is the vice-president of the United States smelling my hair?” He proceeded to plant a big slow kiss on the back of my head. My brain couldn’t process what was happening. I was embarrassed. I was shocked. I was confused. There is a Spanish saying, “tragame tierra,” it means, “earth, swallow me whole.” I couldn’t move and I couldn’t say anything. I wanted nothing more than t...

Biden Responds To Sexual Harassment Allegations Made By Former Democrat Politician

A spokesperson for former Vice President Joe Biden responded to sexual harassment allegations made against Biden on Friday by former Nevada Democrat state Sen. Lucy Flores, who claimed that Biden acted “blatantly inappropriate” toward her at a 2014 political rally. Flores, a former member of Bernie Sanders’ political group Our Revolution, alleged in a piece that she wrote that Biden made her “feel uneasy, gross, and confused.” “I felt him get closer to me from behind. He leaned further in and inhaled my hair. I was mortified,” Flores said. “He proceeded to plant a big slow kiss on the back of my head. My brain couldn’t process what was happening. I was embarrassed. I was shocked. I was confused. … I wanted nothing more than to get Biden away from me.” Biden spokesman Bill Russo responded to the allegations in a statement: Vice President Biden was pleased to support Lucy Flores’s candidacy for Lieutenant Governor of Nevada in 2014 and to speak on her behalf at a well-attended public...

TINFOIL HAT: Ocasio-Cortez Convinced ‘Far-Right’ Conspiracy Is Ruining Her

Socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) suggested on Thursday that there was a vast “far-right” conspiracy aimed at destroying her that includes a “dark-money internet operation” and a cable news “propaganda machine.” According to Ocasio-Cortez’s tinfoil hat theory, the alleged culprits are “dedicated to maligning” her and “stoking national division.” Ocasio-Cortez’s latest crazed idea comes after a new Quinnipiac poll was released on Thursday that led to multiple unflattering headlines for the 29-year-old former bartender. Far-left Vox wrote a piece titled: “Conservative media’s war on AOC is hammering her poll numbers.” “A Quinnipiac poll released on Thursday morning found that 23 percent of Americans had a favorable view of the member of Congress, while 36 percent had an unfavorable view — a -13 overall approval rating,” Vox wrote. “This new poll isn’t a one-off finding. Three prior surveys — one in January from Morning Consult, one in February from Fox, and a third in mi...

TV Networks Refuse Ads For Pro-Life Movie ‘Unplanned’

It seems that the same blackballing efforts that plagued “Gosnell” are beginning to plague the anti-Planned Parenthood movie “Unplanned.” According to The Hollywood Reporter, TV networks are now refusing to run ads for the PureFlix movie that received a wide theatrical release on Friday. Lifetime, Hallmark Channel, HGTV and other cable networks other than Fox News have completely blocked “Unplanned” trailers from their platforms. “If you haven’t seen a commercial for Unplanned, an anti-abortion movie critical of Planned Parenthood, it isn’t for lack trying on the part of marketers, whose efforts have been consistently rebuffed by TV networks,” reports THR. “Pure Flix, the distributor behind the box office hit God’s Not Dead and other movies aimed at Christians, opens the movie in 1,000 theaters today, but outside of the Fox News Channel, every other mainstream television outlet has declined to air the ad.” The networks have reportedly given the makers of “Unplanned” ambiguous excuse...

WATCH: Dem Presidential Candidate Cory Booker Advocates National Popular Vote Over Electoral College

Image
On Wednesday, CNN hosted a town hall featuring Democratic presidential candidate Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ). During the event, an audience member named Theresa asked Booker about the Electoral College: THERESA: Do you believe that there should be some type of reform to the Electoral College, or should it remain as it is? BOOKER: Theresa, thank you for the question. I believe very simply that in presidential elections, the person with the most votes should be the president of the United States. But I want to tell you, for us ever to get to a point where we can address that issue, we have got to win this next election under the rules that are there now. The movement for the abolition of the Electoral College is not a new one, but it has been gaining steam ever since Donald Trump beat Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election (Trump won the electoral vote 304 to 227, while Clinton won the popular vote 65.7 million to 62.9 million). As the movement to abolish the Electoral Col...

Illinois Prosecutors Bar Association: State’s Attorney ‘Fundamentally Misled’ Public About Dismissing Smollett Case

In a blistering condemnation of the dismissal of all 16 felony charges against “Empire” star Jussie Smollett, the Illinois Prosecutors Bar Association (IPBA) has accused State’s Attorney Kim Foxx and her office of having “fundamentally misled” the public about the circumstances surrounding the dismissal of the case. The backlash against the decision Tuesday by Foxx’s office to suddenly drop all charges in the high-profile “hoax hate crime” case continues to mount. On Wednesday, the National District Attorneys Association (NDAA), which represents prosecutors across the country, released a statement detailing what Foxx’s office did wrong. On Thursday, the IPBA, which “serves as the voice for nearly 1,000 front line prosecutors across the state,” issued its own, even more directly accusatory statement. “The events of the past few days regarding the Cook County State’s Attorney’s handling of the Jussie Smollett case is not condoned by the IPBA, nor is it representative of the honest ethi...

Texas AG Opens Investigation Into San Antonio Banning Chick-Fil-A From City’s Airport

On Thursday, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, a Christian conservative, sent a letter to San Antonio mayor Ron Nirenberg and members of the city council announcing that he was opening an investigation into San Antonio’s decision to exclude Chick-fil-A, which has strong Christian views, from opening concession facilities in an airport terminal. As The Texas Tribune noted of Chick-fil-A, “Its corporate purpose is ‘to glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us and to have a positive influence on all who come into contact with Chick-fil-A.’ It is, famously, ‘closed on Sundays.’” Paxton wrote: Dear Mayor Nirenberg and City Councilmembers: The Constitution’s protection of religious liberty is somehow even better than Chick-fil- A’s chicken. Unfortunately, I have serious concerns that both are under assault at the San Antonio airport. Please see the enclosed letter from my office to Secretary of Transportation Elaine Chao highlighting my concerns that the Cit...
