FBI Director Andrew McCabe Just Received Career Ending News

Deputy director Andrew McCabe was appointed a temporary FBI Director after James Comey dismissal just until Trump’s nominee was approved by the Senate.

Unfortunately for McCabe, he already is the subject of three Freedom of Information Act lawsuits against the Justice Department by a conservative organization.

These lawsuits are coming from FOIA requests that were filed by Judicial Watch back in October 2016 asking for certain records about McCabe connections and conflict of interest with the Democrat party and Democrat Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe regarding his wife’s run for Senate in Virginia.

“There are numerous questions about the ethics and judgment of the FBI’s top leadership, particularly Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said. “These new lawsuits will help Americans ‘watch the watchers’ at the powerful FBI.”

on July 24, the first lawsuit was filed and required any official communications in the Justice Department about any “ethical issues” concerning Dr. Jill McCabe political campaign.

The lawsuit said: “Any and all records of communication between FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe and … other FBI or Department of Justice (‘DOJ’) officials regarding, concerning or relating to ethical issues concerning the involvement of Andrew McCabe and/or his wife, Dr. Jill McCabe, in political campaigns.”

It also required “Any and all records related to ethical guidance concerning political activities provided to Deputy Director McCabe by FBI and/or DOJ officials or elements.”

On July 26, came the second lawsuit requesting “Any and all records of communication between Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe” and: “Any official within the office of the Governor of Virginia, including but not limited to Governor Terry McAuliffe; Any official, representative or employee with the Democratic National Committee; Any official, representative or employee with the Democratic Party of Virginia.”

The third lawsuit was also filed July 26, looking for valid documents about the travel expenses and repayments submitted by McCabe, and McCabe’s official calendar, to make sure there is no overlap between McCabe’s official responsibilities and travel and that related to his wife’s political campaign.

McCabe also could have violated the Hatch Act, which forbids FBI employees to take part “in political activity in concert with a political party, a candidate for partisan political office, or a partisan political group.”

Jill McCabe campaign was founded by McAuliffe’s political committee, which contributed $500,000, and by the Virginia Democratic Party in 2015 giving $207,788.

These contributions were strongly criticized because McAuliffe is a friend and supporter of former President Bill Clinton and his wife, Hilary Clinton.

McCabe was apparently the one responsible for the FBI’s probe into Clinton email incident, which now is seen as a cover up.

Let’s just wait and see what will happen next…
