#Bigfoot Porn Scandal Is Trending On Twitter, So Pizza Hut Hilariously Posts THIS

A Democrat running for Virginia’s 5th District has set the internet ablaze after accusing her Republican opponent of being a “devotee of Bigfoot erotica.” But while the wild accusation is dirty politics at its dirtiest, the either brilliant or clueless folks over at Pizza Hut see it as an opportunity.

In a hilarious post pointed out by Twitchy, Pizza Hut noticed that #Bigfoot was trending on Twitter and tweeted the following on one of its “favorite guilty pleasures.”

Leslie Cockburn, the Democratic candidate for Virginia’s 5th District has accused her opponent, Denver Riggleman, on Twitter claiming he has been “exposed.” The tweet included a picture from Riggleman’s Instagram account of a “Bigfoot” with a back “censored” box over his . . . er . . . private areas.

“This is not what we need on Capitol Hill,” Cockburn tweeted.

Riggleman has since responded, telling The Washington Post, “There is no way that anybody’s dumb enough to think this is real,” and tweeting the following explanation:
