His Teacher Asked If He Was An Obama Fan. His Hilarious Response Had Me In TEARS!

While the media has a strong liberal bias, it’s not uncommon to see conservative humor from time to time. This awesome anecdote is one about a kid in a liberal classroom, as he tells the teacher he’s Republican, and the side-splitting aftermath. Little Johnny is not an Obama fan ==================== A teacher asked her 6th grade class how many of them were Obama fans. Not really knowing what an Obama fan is, but wanting to be liked by the teacher, all the kids raised their hands except for Little Johnny. The teacher asked Little Johnny why he has decided to be different… again. Little Johnny said, “Because I’m not an Obama fan.” The teacher asked, “Why aren’t you a fan of Obama?” Johnny said, “Because I’m a Republican.” The teacher asked him why he’s a Republican. Little Johnny answered, “Well, my Mom’s a Republican and my Dad’s a Republican, so I’m a Republican.” Annoyed by this answer, the teacher asked, “If your mom were a moron and your dad were an idiot, what would that

Texas Governor Issues Jaw Dropping Statement About Pence on LIVE TV

Image
Today, Texas Governor Greg Abbott heaped the highest praise possible on Vice President Mike Pence saying “I’ve never seen a president a vice president or a cabinet who have responded as swiftly to people in need like the people of Texas overcoming the tragedy of hurricane Harvey.” Governor Abbott: “I want to take an opportunity to thank the vice president of the United States for coming to Texas today. We had a remarkable and informative but also a heart-breaking trip as we saw devastation from Rockport to all the way over to Victoria. We saw broken homes and we talked to so many people with broke up hearts, but we also saw something that is so incredible that has risen because of this crisis and that’s the resiliency of our fellow Texans and fellow Americans. We went up to some homes of people who had their homes completely destroyed, they were sitting out front and they were just proud to be a Texan and proud that we were there to help them out. We went to help remove debris from

Man Behind Famous Obama Painting Does 1 for Trump, The Difference Is Undeniable

Image
John McNaughton, the artist behind “The Forgotten Man,” a famous painting depicting former President Obama standing on the Constitution, has created a companion piece featuring President Trump. “You Are Not Forgotten,” the latest painting by political artist John McNaughton, is a clear parallel to his earlier work featuring former President Obama. In “The Forgotten Man” a man representing the American people can be seen with his head hung low sitting on a park bench. President Obama is standing to his left, intentionally ignoring the forgotten man, while stepping on the Constitution. In contrast, “You Are Not Forgotten” features the same forgotten man except now he is accompanied by his wife and daughter and they are watching a tree grow with the blessing of President Trump, who is standing on the head of a snake. “Now, because of unconstitutional acts imposed upon the American people by our government, we stand on the precipice of disaster,” McNaughton said in a video, describing hi

GREAT NEWS! Sheriff David Clarke Set to Join the Trump Administration

According to reports, outgoing Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke will be joining the Trump administration. Clarke submitted his resignation on Thursday, effective today. POLITICO reports: David Clarke, the controversial outgoing sheriff of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, is expected to take a job in the Trump administration, according to two sources familiar with the matter. Clarke resigned as sheriff on Thursday. A regular presence on Fox News, Clarke has become a well-known figure in conservative circles in recent years. He is also an avowed supporter of President Donald Trump, and he spoke at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland last year. But he has come under fierce criticism amid a series of deaths in the Milwaukee County prison, including that of Terrill Thomas, who died of dehydration last year after guards turned off the water in his cell. Trump has been one of Clarke’s most vocal cheerleaders, and even promoted his book on Twitter earlier this month. It’s un

Breaking: Sheriff David Clarke Suddenly Resigns

Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke, one of the highest-profile members of law enforcement to emerge as a vocal supporter of President Trump, resigned from his position on Thursday. County Clerk George Christenson said that he received a resignation letter from Clarke but that no reason for the move was provided. Clarke issued a “retirement statement” to local media hours after his resignation was announced. “After almost forty years serving the great people of Milwaukee County, I have chosen to retire to pursue other opportunities,” Clarke wrote. “I will have news about my next steps in the very near future.” Statement from @SheriffClarke on resignation. http://pic.twitter.com/CC2kMI7Foq — Shaun Gallagher (@ShaunGalNews) August 31, 2017 In June, Clarke announced that he had rescinded his acceptance of a Homeland Security post. That followed an initial acceptance of a job as assistant secretary in DHS’s Office of Public Engagement. Clarke was supposed to serve as a liaison b

In Response to Those Criticizing Trump Admin’s Response to Harvey, Pence Just Put on Work Gloves

Image
Vice President Mike Pence joined Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) in Rockport, Texas, on Thursday amid flood devastation in the region. Both men addressed Texans affected by Hurricane Harvey and the flooding, and Second Lady Karen Pence led them all in a prayer. It was a touching moment for Texans and Americans everywhere. However, when they were done giving their speeches, Pence and Abbott did something Americans might not expect from politicians — they rolled up their sleeves and got to work. Literally. And it wasn’t a minute-long photo op either. Bloomberg News reporter Jennifer Jacobs noted there was sweat dripping off Pence’s face while he worked to clear tree debris with Abbott. Both men wore blue work gloves and did the dirty work: At least 37 people have died in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey and thousands have been forced out of their homes. At a time like this, it means more than ever to have state and national leaders standing side-by-side with those affected by this

President Trump Pledging $1 Million in Personal Funds to Harvey Relief

Image
President Trump is pledging $1 million in personal funds to help the victims of Hurricane Harvey in Texas and Louisiana. White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said the president requested suggestions from the media on which groups would be best for donations. “He will proudly pledge a million dollars of his own money,” she told reporters. Sanders said Trump and First Lady Melania are tentatively planning to head back to the Houston area and Louisiana on Saturday. She said specific locations are being finalized. Trump traveled to Texas two days ago to assess the damage and recovery efforts. Watch the video below: Share this post if you are proud of President Trump! Kellyanne Winds Up And Slaps CNN’s Chris Cuomo — ‘Amateur Climatologist!’ [VIDEO]

Image
Kellyanne Conway took CNN’s Chris Cuomo to task for trying to shift the Hurricane Harvey conversation to climate change during a Wednesday night interview. “One of the themes that’s coming out of this…is opening up a discussion about climate change,” Cuomo said. “Is the president, is the administration, open to that conversation?” Conway brought a high level of sassiness to the conversation, telling Cuomo, “Chris, we’re literally trying to help the people whose lives are under water and you want to have a conversation about climate change.” Cuomo argued that examining the role of climate change could reduce the number of people affected by storms, to which Conway snarked, “are you really going to play climatologist?” “You berated me for asking the question and made it sound like I don’t care about the situation,” Cuomo whined. “Here’s the deal: you play amateur climatologist tonight and I’ll play professional helper to those in need.” Conway said. “That’s what I’m going to do. WATCH: Governor of Texas DESTROYS CNN’s Trump Attack On-Air

Texas Governor Greg Abbott shot-down CNN’s non-stop assertion that President Trump doesn’t show “empathy” for Texan storm victims on Wednesday; telling the news network that the President spoke “at length” about the victims and was fully “committed” to rebuilding the Gulf Coast. The Governor praised the President while speaking with CNN from the Texan capital. “Governor, tell us about the President’s visit to the state. Tell us what he accomplished,” pressed the cable news network. “Well it was very important for the President to show up, to show how much he cared about the state of Texas, about our citizens, and about his commitment to helping Texas get through this emergency process and then rebuild,” said Abbott. “In addition to the President we had cabinet members such as the Secretary of Homeland Security, Secretary Tom Price of Health and Human Services […] We had the FEMA administrator here.” “As far as the President himself is concerned, I got to visit with him at length an

Senate Judiciary Breaks Huge News About James Comey And Hillary’s Emails

As FBI director last year, James Comey began writing drafts of a statement exonerating Hillary Clinton, even before all witnesses in the investigation — including Clinton herself — had been interviewed. The Senate Judiciary Committee obtained the Comey memos as part of its investigation into his firing by President Trump, which occurred on May 9. The revelation that Comey had begun drafting memos of his exoneration statement comes from transcripts of interviews given last fall by two FBI officials. James Rybicki, Comey’s chief of staff, and Trisha Anderson, the principal deputy general counsel of national security and cyberlaw at the FBI, gave the interviews as part of an investigation conducted by the Office of Special Counsel into the FBI’s handling of the Clinton email investigation. In a July 5, 2016, press conference, Comey said that he would not be recommending charges against Clinton for mishandling classified information despite her use of a private email server as secretar

Flood Survivor Blows a Hole Straight Through Women’s March Divisive Call to Help ‘Communities of Color’

Whoever runs the Women’s March Twitter account just keeps stepping in it. It’s one thing to encourage donations for Hurricane Harvey victims, but it’s quite another to divide victims by race or ethnic group, seeming to prefer some over others. And by ‘others,’ they mean white people. “Here’s a list of organizations working to keep immigrant, Black, Latinx, & other communities safe after Hurricane Harvey,” Women’s March tweeted. They go on to tell folks how they can donate aid to “communities of color.” Here's a list of orgs working to keep immigrant, Black, Latinx & other communities safe after Hurricane Harvey. https://t.co/qoB0xH9LXL — Women's March (@womensmarch) August 29, 2017 The Women’s March tweet flies in the face of what Americans have witnessed in Houston – neighbors helping neighbors, all of the human race. Meanwhile, hurricane survivor Sarah Reynolds proved just that when she told Fox News about her experience. “The community came together, no rac

TRUMP FIRES BACK: US Shoots Down Test Missile in Show of Force

American warships successfully shot down a medium-range ballistic missile on Wednesday, sending a clear message to North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un that the United States is prepared to act should a conflict erupt on the Korean peninsula. According to the NY Post, the test was conducted near Hawaii by the USS John Paul Jones, successfully tracking and eventually destroying a missile fired from the Pacific Missile Range Facility before it could reach its intended target. “We are working closely with the fleet to develop this important new capability, and this was a key milestone in giving our Aegis BMD ships an enhanced capability to defeat ballistic missiles in their terminal phase,” said Lt. General Sam Greaves. “We will continue developing ballistic missile defense technologies to stay ahead of the threat as it evolves,” he added. The US military’s successful interception of a medium-range missile is a direct show of force to the North Korean despot, who earlier this week launch

Watch What Democrats in Texas Are Doing Instead Of Helping Harvey Victims

Image
Emergency workers rescued many more soaked and frightened people in southeast Texas on Tuesday as floodwaters continued to rise and officials counseled patience, warning that conditions would not improve soon. The slow-moving, record-shattering tropical storm Harvey battered the region for a sixth straight day and began to move into southwest Louisiana, where it made its second landfall. With hundreds of thousands of people under evacuation orders, shelters in Houston filled to bursting with people who craved some news about the safety of their loved ones and the state of their homes. For now, the city’s focus “will continue to be on rescue,” and not on damage assessment — much less recovery — Houston’s mayor, Sylvester Turner, said at a news conference. While all this is going on, guess what democrats in Texas are doing … The group Texas Young Democrats has opted to protest President Trump’s arrival in Houston, rather than lend their time and efforts to help victims of Hurricane H

Liberal Louisiana Governor Reveals How President Trump Responded to His Calls for Help — Wow

Image
Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards (D) on Wednesday offered strong words of praise for President Donald Trump over his response to Hurricane Harvey. CNN’s Chris Cuomo asked Edwards what his state needed, but the liberal governor wanted to talk about the president. “First of all, let me tell you that the federal government has been excellent,” he said. “The president has called twice, he signed the declaration we requested within a few hours of our making the request on Sunday evening.” Additionally, Edwards said Trump’s top administration officials have been “great as well,” including acting Secretary of Homeland Security Elaine Duke and FEMA Administrator Brock Long. The comments echo those of Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R), who said Trump has been in contact with him throughout Hurricane Harvey and the unprecedented flooding that followed. “The coordination at the federal, state, and the local level has been as good as in any tragedy that we’ve ever seen in the United States,” Abbott s

He Hasn’t Seen His Dad In 6 Months. When He Turns Around, His Reaction Is Priceless

Image
A heartwarming surprise was brewing when Airman John Grieten stepped inside his son’s school after being away for so long. Being deployed, Airman Grieten hadn’t been able to see his 15-year-old son Joshua or 11-year-old Jessica for six months. Joshua was sitting at the lunch table with no idea that his dad was nearby. When Grieten entered the room, a huge smile appeared on his face knowing how joyous this reunion was going to be. Even though the anxious moment was building more and more the closer he got to his son, he kept quiet for his plan to unfold. Instead of making a loud, surprising entrance, he politely comes behind his son and asks, “Can I sit here?” Tears instantly rush down Joshua’s face as he is beginning to realize his dad finally made it home. The sweetest reply came from his son who has Down syndrome, “Dad!” He jumped out of his seat with a huge embrace, welcoming his dad home. The surprises just kept coming thanks to the playful heart of Grieten; he certainly wasn’t

Jaw-Dropping Before-and-After Images Show WAVES Rolling Across a Texas Highway After Harvey Brought Worst Rainfall in Continental US History

Image
The effects of Tropical Storm Harvey – which brought 19 trillion gallons of rain to the continental US – are made horrifyingly clear in these startling images. This before-and-after sequence shows how a Texas highway was completely submerged by water – so much so that waves can be seen rolling feet above the asphalt. The photos, taken on the I-10 between Houston and Beaumont on Tuesday, are a chilling glimpse of how fragile our hold on this planet is. Photographer Logan Wheat also took pictures of cows up to their chins in the roiling water. ‘It’s scary to know there were still cows out there and alive,’ Wheat said, ‘but it puts a knot in my throat to know we couldn’t get them out.’ The first image, taken near Winnie, shows an otherwise unremarkable stretch of highway, rolling out into the horizon. But the photograph taken Tuesday looks like it came from another world. Although it’s hard to judge quite how deep the water is from this distance, it looks to be at least eight feet

Houston Bakers Shut in by Harvey Bake Hundreds of Loaves of Bread for Hungry Storm Victims

A group of Houston bakery employees stuck at work for two days due to flood waters in their area spent their time wisely by baking hundreds of loaves of pan dulce bread to ease the hunger of fellow victims, a report says. The owner and employees of El Bolillo Bakery in Houston shared a Facebook post to alert customers that the shop is closed due to the storm of the century. But, the post also notes that they haven’t been idle, ABC’s KSAT reported. The owner of El Bolillo told friends that the bakery is “closed until further notice, but our bakers cooked all night long and we will be prepared to help as soon as we can with bread.” Hurricane Harvey pan dulce we are going to take to those in need. Bakers we're stuck inside for two days! We will announce when we open our stores again. Sarah Sanders Wore a Hat With a Message to Texas That is Unleashing Buckets of Liberal Tears

Image
On Tuesday, President Donald Trump visited Texas to lend support to those suffering from the horrific and deadly flooding and storms caused by Hurricane Harvey. As with everything that Trump does, the trip proved controversial. One of the major and more absurd points of controversy had to do, strangely enough, with fashion. At the very beginning of the day, First Lady Melania Trump was criticized for wearing stiletto heels leaving the White House. Many ran with the fake news that Melania was wearing stilettos in a flood zone. As it turns out, the first lady owns more than one pair of shoes and deplaned in Texas wearing a white pair of sneakers. President Trump was seen throughout the day wearing a hat emblazoned with “USA” on it. Many criticized the president for wearing campaign gear during the trip. The “USA” hats are for sale for $40. And Melania’s shoes were not the only eyebrow-raising fashion choices she made that day. Melania also wore, for the first time, a FLOTUS hat, to r

Texas’ Response to Hurricane Harvey vs. Disaster of Katrina — You Can See One Massive Difference

Image
FEMA Director Brock Long made a remark at a joint press conference with President Trump, First Lady Melania Trump, and Texas Gov. Greg Abbott that is turning some heads. “We are very aware of the issues at the convention center but let me be clear, this is not the Superdome,” Long remarked of the Houston Convention Center. “The convention center, we are sustaining food, they have food, there is security. I have an intimate management team inside the city as we speak, and more and more people are being moved to shelters to stabilize the situation.” The Houston convention center has surpassed its maximum rated capacity of 5,000 people and, on Tuesday, blew by its subsequent capacity of 9,000 evacuees. The current estimate is that over 10,000 evacuees have turned up at the convention center seeking shelter. “We’re just getting people together to get some rest, get a meal, and think about what we’re going to do for recovery,” Lloyd Zeil of the American Red Cross told Fox News.

It Only Took a Day For the March To DC to Lose Nearly All of the Marchers

The March to DC from Charlottesville, Va., started with nearly 200 marchers Monday, but by Tuesday morning there were only 35 marchers. “Over 200 people came together today to take a stand against bigotry and hate,” march organizers said on Twitter. “We’re marching from #Cville2DC. George W. Bush Arrives Unannounced to Texas Football Practice to Deliver Message About Houston

Image
Former President George W. Bush made an unexpected visit to Southern Methodist University on Tuesday, surprising the football team during practice to deliver a powerful message about Houston in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. “I know there’s some people from Houston here, and the Houston area, and I know you’re going through a really tough time,” Bush said. “Just know that there’ll be a lot of people that are going to help the people down there — a lot.” The former commander in chief continued: “Right now they’re recovering. So the key thing on the recovery is to keep people safe, and then it’s going to be rebuilding. And if you’re from that area, you’ll be amazed at the people who come down there to help. All kinds of people. And so the days are dark now, but they’re going to get better.” The message of hope was delivered right on the field in front of the players. Thank you President Bush for coming to practice today to offer support to our players from the Houston area! @Th

Pardon My French, But Melania Looked Like A Bada** Landing At The White House [PHOTOS]

Analysis: Melania Trump Just Changed The Hat Game Forever

Image
Melania Trump is the first lady, but much more importantly, she might have changed the hat game forever. President Donald Trump’s wife showed up in Houston wearing a black FLOTUS baseball cap, and wore it through an entire emergency briefing on the flooding situation in Texas. I can’t even begin to explain how much I love this incredible move. I’m never wearing a nametag at any event ever again. I’m only wearing hats with the words “reporter,” “journalist,” “media mogul,” or “editor” on them. I’m done wearing name tags and I’m never carrying business cards. I’m only wearing a hats from now on with my job description on them. Take a gander at my hat if you want to know who I am or what I’m about. I can’t wait to expense my first shipment of job description hats back to the company. The only question I have now is whether or not I want these bad boys in white or black. DONATE: Help Those Affected by Hurricane Harvey

Hurricane Harvey made landfall this weekend, causing widespread damage and catastrophic flooding throughout the Gulf coast. The Category 4 storm hit southern Texas on August 25th, and with significant rain forecast, the worst may be yet to come. “My heart continues to be heavy for the good people of South Texas as they begin to deal with the devastation caused by Hurricane Harvey—and the flood waters are still rising in many areas,” said Franklin Graham, Samaritan’s Purse president. Samaritan’s Purse disaster relief units are now operating in the region, and they need your help. Soon we will have a total of five of these tractor trailers in the state, setting up volunteer bases around Victoria, Rockport/P

BOOM! Air Force Veteran Tears Into Paul Ryan For Defending Violent Antifa

Image
The Conservative media closest to the grassroots have been covering the violent acts of Antifa for months. After this weekend at Berkeley, even the likes of MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough can no longer ignore how violent Antifa is towards Trump supporters, mainstream media reporters and police. Is the tide turning? An Air Force veteran hopes such is the case, but wants to make sure Speaker Paul Ryan knows that his support of the group will not be soon forgotten. Paul Joseph Watson of Infowars reports: Two days after the violence in Charlottesville, Ryan posted a Facebook update in which he lashed out at Donald Trump for saying that both sides were responsible for violent unrest. “There are no sides,” wrote Ryan. “There is no other argument. We will not tolerate this hateful ideology in our society.” Ryan has failed to condemn Antifa despite the group’s many violent attacks on Trump supporters, the vast majority of whom are not neo-nazis or white supremacists. Jim Acosta Attacks POTUS Trump’s Uplifting Speech to Texans – Trump Supporters Respond

Image
Very fake news CNN’s Jim Acosta just can’t help himself. President Trump has shown true leadership with his swift action in helping Texans deal with the fallout from Hurricane Harvey so Jim Acosta just  had  to find something to complain about. Classy. Texans are dying and suffering because of Hurricane Harvey and Jim Acosta, showing he has absolutely zero class whatsoever, attacked Trump’s uplifting speech in Corpus Christi. President Trump thanked the Texas Governor and Senator Cruz and everyone else who is assisting the people who are affected by Hurricane Harvey. “This is historic, this is epic, but you know what? It happened in Texas and Texas can handle anything!” President Trump then held up the Texas flag and the crowd went wild! Jim Acosta grumbled that President Trump ‘cared about the size of the crowd’ as he addressed Texans. All Trump said was ‘what a turn out’ as he encouraged Texans to be strong and work together to rebuild. Perhaps Jim Acosta prefers Obama’s approa

BREAKING: Cajun Navy Announces ‘New Plan’ After Looters Shoot At Boats

Hurricane Harvey has severely affected the lives of many Texans. It has also brought many people together as good-hearted men and women voluntarily put themselves in harm’s way to help their fellow Americans in need. Unfortunately, there’s always a small segment of society that sees disasters as an opportunity for mischief. As WGNO reports, looters shot at the Cajun Navy and attempted to steal their boats. As a result, the Cajun Navy is regrouping; establishing a command center to better organize its rescue efforts. The Cajun Navy is a legendary volunteer rescue organization from Louisiana that formed after Hurricane Katrina to aid people affected by historic floods in New Orleans and later in Baton Rouge and Acadiana. It’s made up of boat-owners who use their private resources to provide relief, including saving people stranded on top of their homes. With the devastating floods brought on by Hurricane Harvey, the Cajun Navy has offered an invaluable service, rescuing many families

GOP Sen. Flake Has 21% Republican Support in Home State After Defying Trump, Top Opponent at 47%

Flake, Flake, Flake. SMH. When you mess with the bull, you’ll get the horns. In this case, President Trump is the bull. Check out how poorly the Arizona senator is doing in his bid for re-election against the top competitor, Kelli Ward… Incumbent Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) is underwater badly in his home state, with just 21 percent of Arizona Republicans supporting him for reelection against challenger Dr. Kelli Ward—who gets 47 percent support—per a new poll from JMC Analytics. The poll, provided to Breitbart News ahead of its public release by JMC Analytics’ John Couvillon, shows Flake in almost irreparable shape ahead of his reelection bid in 2018. That an incumbent U.S. Senator like Flake could be polling as low as 21 percent in his own primary, while a challenger like Ward has pulled 26 points ahead of him at 47 percent, is almost unthinkable with nearly a full year to go until the August 2018 primary. Three percent of the electorate said they would vote for Nicholas Tutora, anot

The Senate Just Unanimously Passed A Resolution That Went Directly Against Our President’s Wishes

Although the GOP enjoy a majority in Congress, sometimes it seems they do not back the president. Established republican senators have opposed President Trump. Perhaps they do not believe in his vision for America. Whatever the case, the recent Senate vote might have been aimed at Trump himself. The Senate has unanimously passed a resolution reaffirming the United States’ commitment to NATO, amid President Donald Trump’s aggressive funding requests from NATO member nations. The resolution, tied to the Iran sanctions bill, states that the U.S. is committed to Article 5 of the treaty and will fulfill any obligations associated with that section of the treaty, which enshrines the concept that an attack against one NATO member is an attack against all members of the alliance… “Article 5 states that an attack on one NATO nation is an attack on all,” Graham said in a statement. “This is an important founding principle of NATO and the concept of ‘collective defense.’ Today’s overwhelmin

WATCH: Houston Police Chief Issues Brutal Dose of “Texas Justice” On Looters

It’s always shocking to hear that there are some people in this country who are wicked enough to loot the homes and businesses of those suffering from a natural disaster emergency. Trying to profit from the misfortune of others is particularly vile considering the troubles these families face. As victims go through Hurricane Harvey, however, some people aren’t taking it anymore. Houston’s police chief stated:  “We’ve already arrested a handful of looters. We’ve made it real clear to our community we’re going to do whatever it takes to protect their homes and their businesses.” Acevedo  continued,  “And when people come from the outside to Houston, Texas, know we’re going to be out in the city, were not going to rest as a police department or law enforcement community until people restore their lives.” With some looters having already been shot and killed by homeowners protecting their households, these people are realizing that Texas isn’t the kind of place to be messed with. WOW! Happy Pig Appears to be Smiling While Being Rescued From Floods

A picture appearing to show a pig smiling while being rescued from a flooded town in China has become viral. The image, reportedly taken in Yibin County, Sichuan Province, shows the animal seemingly feeling happy as two people tried to carry it to a safe place. A heavy storm battered the majority of the province from yesterday, and residents were evacuated after the water levels started to rise. The picture first appeared yesterday on Weibo, a Chinese social media platform, posted by a user, whose screen name is ‘hou sheng’. In the picture, two men, dressed in green uniforms, each held an ear and a front leg of the pig as they dragged it in floodwaters. According to various reports from major Chinese media, including Sina.com, Huanqiu.com and Btime.com, the residents were trying to remove goods and livestock from the town of Hengjiang after a heavy storm After the picture became popular, thousands of people have left comments on Weibo to give their own interpretations of the amus
